Meeting Business

At the Annual Meeting, members will be asked to vote on:

• Proposed Budget for the upcoming fiscal year
• Open Board positions
• Architectural Review Committee (ARC) positions

Open Positions

Although the meeting is still several months away, we would like to provide early notice that:

• Two positions on the TDA Board will be vacant
• One vacant position on the ARC, plus one position with a term expiring in 2026

If you are interested in serving on the Board or the ARC, or if you have questions about what serving in any of these roles involves, please feel free to reach out to any Board representative. We are happy to provide additional information.

TDA is a self-run Moorage, and we rely on Member Volunteers to help keep our community operating smoothly. We encourage anyone interested to please consider getting involved.
