Inbox: New ARC Requests Since December

• No new requests were submitted for this period.

Active Issues:

• Unit #376 (Gonia/Shaedel): Confirm the formal enforcement letter regarding the gate height (52″ reduced to 36″) and jet ski dock encroachment (approx. 3 feet) was sent. Discuss the 14-day timeline for the owners to provide a correction schedule.
• Unit #354 (Healy): Update on the approved external heat pump and whether any community objections were received during the seven-day posting period.
• Unit #218 (Patterson): Status update on the request for diagrams/measurements for the deck replacement; verify if Liz Munnelly has been contacted.
• Unit #494: Update on whether the ongoing construction has been confirmed as a “repair” or if a formal ARC application is required.

Email and Operations Update:

• System Access: Address Teresa’s iPhone email access – Steph did not help resolve yet.
• Website: Verify if Bill Bowling has updated the community website with current ARC contact information.

Backlog:

• 2023 Moorage Survey: Review the five homes identified with ten or more violations.
• Enforcement Phase: Discuss moving cases into the “penalty phase” if they continue to be ignored, and confirm if prior survey notes have been located.

Committee Membership:

• Mike Duncan: Formal status update regarding his continued participation or resignation from the committee.
• Vacancies: Discuss interest from Danna Harrel filling open position and process in motion.
