Attached for your information is Resolution #9 (Tow Authority).

The TDA Board unanimously approved this resolution through a Consensus Vote conducted via email on November 23, 2025. The resolution was subsequently signed and finalized on December 28, 2025.

Resolution #9 establishes the Association’s authority and procedures related to towing, as outlined in the attached document. This notice is being provided for transparency and to ensure members are informed of the adopted policy.

A copy of the resolution is available on the TDA website and is maintained as part of the Association’s permanent records.
