The draft minutes I sent this morning included the PGV Group’s written statement on the garage eligibility proposal, but omitted the Board Review Package it responds to. I apologize for the oversight.

The revised draft minutes now include the Board Review Package on pages 6-10. The rest of the document is unchanged. The proposal remains under discussion, and no Board decision has been made.

Attached below, is the Board Review Package. I encourage you to review these pages, as they cover the proposed Good Standing definition and the revised Garage Rental Resolution.
