ASSESSMENT: A friendly reminder that our 2026–27 assessment of $600 is due October 1st. Please don’t wait until the last minute! Give our awesome bookkeeper, Joanne, a little break—pay early and avoid the late-fee hassle.

A big shout-out and thank you to those members who have already paid or in the process of making payments. Your early efforts also help us earn a little additional interest for our reserve fund.  To date, we have collected $16,740.   We appreciate it!

NEW HOA & GARAGE FEES: Please take a moment to check your auto. bank payments. We still have a few members paying the old HOA and garage rates.

Effective July 1st, the new monthly fees moved to:

• HOA Fee: $460
• Garage Fee: $215

Former Treasurer O’Conner was kind enough to waive late fees for July while everyone adjusted to the new rates. Late fees have now been assessed on all outstanding balances effective August 1st.
