TDA Residents:

There is a white BMW parked in our lot near the pet area entrance, current Oregon license plate OD-3366, photo attached. It’s not on TDA’s authorized vehicle list and there are some concerning circumstances regarding the vehicle.

If anyone has any information about this vehicle, please reply to this email or text me at 503-502-4971. If no information is forthcoming within 48 hours, Portland Police will be contacted and the vehicle will be towed.
