Reminder, starting with your July HOA and garage payment, the following changes take effect:
- HOA Fees are now $460 per month
- Garage Fees are now $215 per month
With the passage of our new budget, TDA is also levying a $600 assessment for each home, and this assessment is due no later than October 1st. Payment options are either pay in full ($600) or pay in thirds over three months ($200) by October 1st. For simplicity in processing by our bookkeeper, if you are able to pay the full $600 assessment amount at one time, please do so.
