Updated HOA/Garage Fees and Annual Assessment Info

TDA Members:

As you read in Secretary Liz Munnelly’s email, the recommended 2026-27 TDA Budget was approved by the Membership at the annual meeting on June 6th. Starting in July with your next HOA and garage payment, the following changes take effect:

  • HOA Fees are now $460 per month
  • Garage Fees are now $215 per month

With the passage of this budget, TDA is also levying a $600 assessment for each home, and this assessment is due no later than October 1st. Payment options are either pay in full ($600) or pay in thirds over three months ($200) by October 1st. For simplicity in processing by our bookkeeper, if you are able to pay the full $600 assessment amount at one time, please do so.

I’ve created a payment coupon to assist you in paying these new amounts; if you have difficulty getting the coupon from our website, email me and I’ll send it to you. For those using auto-payment from your bank, please reset your payment amount now. For those that place their payment in the mail slot at the moorage office, please use an envelope labeled with your slip number.
